• For any purchase above ₹50,000, customers must provide a government-recognized identity document.
• The document must be submitted in the manner specified by Golcha Gems at the time of placing the order.
• If the required document is not provided, the order will be cancelled automatically.

2. PAN Card Requirement for Domestic Shipments

• For all domestic shipments exceeding ₹2,00,000, customers are required to enter their PAN card number.
• The billing name must exactly match the name on the PAN card.
• If the details do not match, the PAN card cannot be verified, and the customer will not be able to proceed with the order.

Return Policy

Golcha Gems is committed to ensuring full customer satisfaction with respect to the products available on our website, while also providing reliable security measures and efficient customer assistance. However, if you are not happy with the product, you may choose to return the order.

• For international orders, we currently do not accept any returns or exchanges.
• Returns or exchanges can only be made physically at our store.

7-Day Return Policy (Domestic Orders Only)

• If the delivered order is in a damaged condition or does not meet your expectations, you may return the product unused, in its original packaging, along with the invoice, and receive a refund.

Return Charges

• For domestic orders within India, our courier partner will collect the product from the provided address at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

• To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all original tags and invoice.
• If these conditions are not met, a refund may not be possible.
• Once the refund process is initiated, the amount will be directly refunded to your bank account.
• For domestic orders, we offer a 100% refund.
• The refunded amount will be processed within 7–15 working days after we receive the returned product(s) at our warehouse.

International Orders

• Unfortunately, we currently do not offer refunds for international orders.
